A local housebuilder has been awarded a top prize in the prestigious First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards. Higgins Homes took the title of the Best Architectural Design for The Reserve in Waltham Cross.
Beating off stiff competition, a local developer scooped first place in a prestigious awards ceremony on 26 April at The Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, London.
Higgins Homes was awarded Best Private Developer Of The Year 2019 at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards, one of the most acclaimed in the industry. The Awards are an annual celebration of some of the many lengths that are gone to in order to help aspirational buyers on to the housing ladder.
