During these uncertain times, the health of our customers, colleagues and communities is of paramount importance to us. To continue doing all we can to assist in the situation, we wanted to reassure you of our latest developments.
In line with Government advice, all of our teams are now working remotely. However, we are still doing all we can to keep our customers moving. So our sales teams will be on hand to offer the same high levels of support, either by phone, email or any other forms of communication.
Client meetings will now take place remotely either online or by phone. Please get in touch to discuss any of your moving needs, whether that is now or in the future.
To adhere to the Stay at Home advice, we have decided that we will no longer open our marketing suites and sales offices to physical on-site viewings. However, we are delighted that technology allows us to carry out virtual viewings using online tools. This has allowed us to take reservations off-plan and we will arrange a show home viewing when it is safe to do so.
We have set up remote working for all the team involved in making your home move possible. The team at Higgins Homes will work with mortgage brokers, valuers and solicitors to ensure a smooth sales transition. We will be with you every step of the way to ensure the sales process is as straight forward as possible.
We wanted to reassure our customers that all marketing office phone lines, emails, social media channels and our web site will be monitored closely and all questions answered. Thank you for your understanding and we wish you the very best during these challenging and unprecedented times.
