We wanted to reach out to you on our latest news regarding COVID-19 and explain everything that is currently happening at our marketing suites and show homes.
Firstly, we would like to reassure you that we are doing all we can to keep our customers and staff safe and well. All of our marketing suites and show homes remain open for you to visit. We understand that people still need to get on with their lives and that includes moving home so we are taking every precaution to ensure that you are able to come and see what we have to offer.
We will be adhering to all advice provided by the World Health Organisation and Government protocol. This includes continuing to maintain the highest possible hygiene levels throughout the marketing suites and show homes and ensuring that staff with any symptoms self-quarantine for 14 days. None of our staff have recently returned from abroad.
For your further peace of mind, we are offering every visitor the opportunity to book a ‘Locked’ one-hour show home tour as a sole appointment with the door locked behind you to prevent further people entering. You will be able to view the show home on your own with a sales advisor to answer all of your questions. Simply call the marketing suite and book a time slot at your convenience.
