Higgins Homes is delighted to announce that it has been presented with a 2022 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction, in an independent survey. Specialist research and consultancy business, In-house Research, conducted the customer survey experience and placed Higgins Homes in the top category after talking to buyers.
The Gold Award is accredited to companies that achieved a customer recommendation score of 90% or above, based on feedback from customers who legally completed in 2021.
In-house Research works with more than 100 top UK developers and housebuilders to monitor and improve their customer experience. The in-depth customer comments will allow Higgins Homes to continue to provide an excellent customer journey and place them as industry leaders.
