Work at Higgins Homes sites resumes

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, construction work across the majority of Higgins Homes’ sites was paused in late March to ensure the safety of our staff and suppliers.

We were able to maintain activity on a small number of our sites while adhering to social distancing guidelines.

Since then, we have been closely following Government guidance and reviewing our position carefully.

Following a detailed review of all measures and the latest Government guidance, we are now in a position that enables us to reopen a number of our sites – where it is safe to do so - on Monday 4th May.

The wellbeing of our team, contractors and of the wider communities in which we work is of the utmost importance to us and we will be applying a number of additional health and safety measures to make sure we are following social distancing guidelines.

We are doing everything we can to minimise delay and disruption to the development of our customers’ new homes while keeping everyone safe.

While our offices and most sales and marketing suites remain closed until further notice, our sales team continues to be available to answer any queries you might have.

I’d like to thank all of our customers who have had their move delayed, and others who have expressed interest in one of our homes, for your patience and understanding during this uncertain time.
