Once overlooked, this historic thoroughfare in the London Borough of Southwark is undergoing a major revival, fast becoming a magnet for first-time buyers. Lively new shopfronts and workspaces along the Old Kent Road will provide more places to gather, connect, and create, ensuring that the development integrates fully into the life of the area.
