Our new Garratt Collection, comprising 105 one, two, and three-bedroom luxury apartments and four bedroom houses, is nestled in the heart of Earlsfield, south west London.

A bustling suburb within the popular Wandsworth Borough, Earlsfield is a charming neighbourhood known for its vibrant community, excellent transport links, and good range of dining and shopping options. From independent coffee shops to trendy gastropubs and boutique stores, Earlsfield has something for all tastes, and brunch is no exception.

If you’re wondering where to find the fluffiest pancakes, the perfect poached eggs or the flakiest pastries, they’re probably found in these top five brunch spots in Earlsfield...

1. Bean and Hop Lucky residents of our new Garratt Collection homes will delight in sharing their Garratt Lane address with Bean and Hop, making it a brief stroll to some great coffee and smashed avo. A relaxed and rustic “walk ins only” spot that welcomes your four-legged friend, Bean and Hop is a family-owned café serving a perfect mix of traditional and contemporary brunch dishes, as well as freshly baked pastries and cakes. Whether it’s caramelised banana pancakes, turkish eggs, or a classic fry up that makes your mouth water, it’s all found in this cosy café.

2. Manny Dartin Small in size but brimming with passion for great produce, Manny Dartin is a charming café using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to serve up delicious brunches. Equally selective about their staff, service is top notch and always comes with a welcoming smile and a friendly chat. The menu is often tweaked depending on what’s seasonal but expect to find classics like eggs/avocado/mushrooms on toast, as well as more inventive options like chicken sausage hash with a fried egg and pickles, or butternut squash pancakes with maple syrup and sumac. Speciality coffee is also on offer, or fresh cocktails if it’s that kind of day.

3. Belle Amie Celebrate the “joie de vivre” with a proper coffee and a freshly made brunch in Earlsfield’s Belle Amie. The French theme doesn’t extend far beyond the name and the delicious fresh pastries, but breakfast and brunch seekers can expect to be well catered for with comforting classics, such as a hearty bowl of porridge or smashed avo with a chilli and lime twist. Whether you come with friends or your laptop, you’ll be welcomed into this cosy, laid back café like an old friend, and if you’re veggie or vegan you’ll be spoilt for choice. Aside from crafting fresh, organic and fair produce into nourishing meals, you can also pop in to peruse the little shop with fresh fruit and veg, plants, pots, post cards, and a small selection of charming gifts.

4. The Open Page Serving hearty brunch dishes and “socially acceptable morning time cocktails” every Saturday from 10am, The Open Page is a firm favourite in Earlsfield, whether you’re looking for the morning after pick-up or a fuel up for a busy Saturday. Being a gastropub, brunch at The Open Page can mean anything from the classic eggs benedict or smashed avo on sourdough, to fish and chips, oysters, or a juicy burger. The space is warm and inviting, with exposed brick, rustic wood and an interesting rotation of art on the walls.

5. Eclectic Coffee Appropriately named Eclectic Coffee is a little like an upmarket curiosity shop in café form. A delicatessen and coffee shop in one, serving an all-day brunch menu for slightly more adventurous palates. The food is just as intricate as the interiors, with their superfood lattes or teas served in a hardback book really fitting the “eclectic” theme. Step inside and be greeted with a classic delicatessen displaying quality produce, but find a spot in the various ornately mismatched seating areas and forget all about your eggs on toast. Here, you can sample something more interesting, like spiced miso crab eggs benedict or the ‘Exploding Yorkshire’; a giant Yorkshire pudding on a Mediterranean tomato base, filled with chorizo, grilled bacon, poached egg and topped with pulled pork. And before you leave, don’t forget to ask about the secret tasting menu evenings on Fridays and Saturdays.

Earlsfield is home to some fantastic brunch spots that offer a diverse range of dishes from the classics to some of the most creative dishes in London. Whether you're looking for a traditional full English breakfast and a Bloody Mary, or something completely unique, Earlsfield’s eateries are guaranteed to satisfy your cravings.
