Higgins Homes, has beaten tough competition to scoop three accolades at the prestigious UK Property Awards, part of The International Property Awards. The announcement was made at a gala ceremony on Friday 24th October, held at the London Marriott Grosvenor House.
Higgins Homes was awarded Best Property (single unit) in Essex, Best Residential Development in Essex and Best Residential Development in the UK, for Arboretum new homes development in Epping. The Awards attracted entries from hundreds of companies across the length and breadth of the UK, all competing in this highly respected event sponsored by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Gaggenau.
Arboretum was among the highest-scoring winners from each region and is now entered into the overall International Property Awards, which ultimately determine the world’s finest properties.
