A full time sales negotiator is now required to work five days a week (including weekends) at London, Hertfordshire and Essex based developments. The successful applicant, who will be highly motivated, energetic and results driven, must possess:
Recent new homes sales experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of the house sale procedure from initial enquiry through to post completion, including associated legislation.
First class sales / negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel. Experience of Coins would also be advantageous.
