Oval Quarter Recognised at the 2014 UK Property Awards

Following last week’s prestigious gala and presentation dinner, Oval Quarter Developments Ltd is delighted to have achieved two awards at this year’s UK Property Awards. The landmark development, Oval Quarter, won Best Residential Development in London and received highly commended for Best Apartment in London.  

Recently launching its second phase, the development has enjoyed a huge success to date with 60% of the homes now reserved. A total of 357 private sale units at Oval Quarter will form part of the Myatt’s Field North housing regeneration project in South London. The entire PFI Five year regeneration project will include the construction of 808 new build homes, and the modernisation and refurbishment of 172 existing homes.

Lord Courtown, chairman of the architecture and interior design panel of judges presented the winning companies with special plaques during the awards ceremony. One Judge commented: “Oval Quarter is an outstanding project, providing imaginative and well-presented redevelopment.”  

Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards, said: “It’s amazing to see the innovation that continues to deliver ever more surprising solutions that not only look good but also introduce beautiful new homes with a very low energy requirement’’.
