Nearly 20% of apartments were sold within two days of being released at The Old Hospital development by Higgins Homes in Maidstone, Kent. This Grade II listed former Victorian hospital has been converted into 17 unique homes, ranging in size from studios to three bedroom apartments, with carefully retained stunning period features.
