Purchase Method

Reservation fee of £1,000 (part-refundable) and solicitors details to reserve the unit of your choice, 10% deposit upon exchange of contracts – no later than 21 days after reservation - balance payable upon completion.

Parking

Currently one covered parking space is available to purchase at an additional cost of £7,500 with all 2 bed apartments. One parking space is included in the price of the three bedroom apartment (Plot B1). There is no parking for the 1 bed apartments.
