The Old Hospital - Conversion
Studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments in central Maidstone, Kent
The transformation of the former Ophthalmic & Aural Hospital into new, boutique-style apartments includes the conversion of two Grade-II listed buildings. Avery Wing was completed in 1846; Barnard Wing was built a few years earlier and together they formed the County Ophthalmic Hospital. The Avery and Barnard wings comprise 17 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Each wing will also be served by its own, restored entrance hall.
