On the site of a former village workshop and inspired by the neighbourhood’s Victorian weatherboard houses, Fabrica is a fine pair of new buildings with a landscaped central courtyard. Dormer windows, high eaves and elevations in Eternit boarding, brick and tile create a strong local character and evoke the site’s history.

Fresh, white-painted interiors include kitchens by Urban Myth with stainless steel appliances, fitted wardrobes to the master bedrooms, and white & chrome bathrooms with porcelain wall and floor tiles.
