Enjoy village life on the fringes of town

Fabrica is less than five minute’s walk from the beautiful Hainault Forest Country Park and Chigwell Row is surrounded by some of the finest parts of South Essex. The whole district is a hearty assemblage of woods, heaths, parks and forests, not to mention 5 local golf courses.

There are a number of local shops nearby and a whole lot more in Chigwell, a wonderfully historic and thriving parish town, bustling with locals, and plenty of small independent boutiques.

Slightly further afield Waitrose and Marks & Spencer and other supermarkets are to be found in Loughton and Buckhurst Hill.

From Chigwell Row, two Central Line stations are nearby, with journey times from as little as 31 minutes to London Liverpool Street. By car, the M25 is about 30 minutes away and Stansted Airport 60 minutes.
